Industrial simulation is becoming a key driver in automation and electrical engineering projects. At IESA, we’ve developed Plug’n Test ARCHITECT, a powerful tool designed to design, test, and validate industrial systems in a realistic 3D virtual environment.
Recently, our long-standing client Giordano received a technical training session on ARCHITECT. This session, focused on conveying systems (transitics) and delivered in English by our technical expert, aimed to give their teams full autonomy in using the tool.
As part of the ARCHITECT premium license, the training includes:
The training covers two core functionalities:
Realistic virtual environment modeling for production lines or transitics systems.
Connecting the virtual model to a PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) to test automated sequences in near-real conditions.
This initial training session helped Giordano build a solid foundation in using ARCHITECT. A second session will be scheduled once their teams have a specific technical project to simulate.
By allowing automated sequences to be validated early in the design phase, Plug’n Test ARCHITECT supports a clear goal: reducing project risks, shortening commissioning time, and continuously optimizing industrial installations.
ARCHITECT is already in use across various industrial applications—especially in demanding areas like conveying systems, automated lines, and robotic cells—and is ideally suited for automation engineers, process engineers, and project managers.
