We supplied Plug’n Test application which is able to simulate Tunnel Segment erector (hydraulic special machine) for Bouygues TP. The aim : to test programs of the process operative part ! 

We realized the simulation of : 

• Mecanichal part of the installation 
• Interactions with its environment 

• Segment feeding part of the erector 
• Pushing cylinders 
• Hydraulic system 

It allows to reproduce virtually a ring positioning. This, by manipulating (pick and place) the different segments of the ring.  

The user also gets access to the configuration of his simulation : camera point of view, products creation, connection with the operative part. 

The product was designed in such a way that the tool can evolve into a training simulator, including the integration of an immersive helmet.
