Tunnel Segment Erector – Extension Ligne 14 + RER E and Ligne 15 South – FRANCE

In collaboration with the R&D services of Bouygues TP, our whole study office at IESA is working on some challenging innovations. We worked on the extensions of lines 14 and 15 south of the Parisian metroas well as line E of the RER.

In automation, we developed the programs using Beckhoff Industial PC, as well as the supervisory mechanisms and the interactive operator control console.

In electricity, we fitted the TBM (Tunnel Boring Machine) with automated systems and laser profilometers.

In simulation, we created a digital twin of the erector part to validate the programs and to provide operator training.

And in industrial IT, we developed an application allowing steering and acquisition of the laser profilometers.
