In Egypt, we worked on a cutting table for an aluminium ingot sawing system.

After modeling the saw and its environment (ingot conveying system, scrap metal), our engineers simulated the entire mechanical process, too large to be assembled in the manufacturing facility.

Through this simulator, our client was able to test and validate the PLC programm and the proper functioning of the operational part of its tooling before shipping, installation, and on-site start-up.
