Our mission was to automate one of the shoesorters of the factory.

Our scope of intervention included: 

• Automation Studies
• Development of 1 safety PLC SIL3
• Implementation of program LIL1_KU1_S
• Out of production tests (Input/Output)
• Tests in production
• Communication test between the shoesorter and the supervision 
• Commissioning on site in Douai (France)
• Safety Lock and signature of PLC Program
