Our client entrusted us with the entirety of the “automation, electricity, lighting, distribution” design of the emissions treatment system of an aluminium plant in Qatar.

Our team conducted the dimensioning of the 10MW electrical system which had to respect British Standards and the cable trays implantation by integratingthe Bill of Quantity.

We also provided the lighting and distribution cabinets, as well as the (local) electric power and transformer safety panel.

After conducting the necessary tests, we carried out the commissioning phase of the equipment, then designed and set up the plant’s redundant client/server monitoring (5/6 clients, 3/4 servers). In order to respond to our client’s needs, we also followed up with electrical assistance.

Finally, our scope of work also included installing a “Paging System” alert system and production reporting via Microsoft SQL.
