Office Paper Sorting: A Concrete CSR Initiative at IESA

Tri du papier chez IESA, une démarche RSE

At IESA, Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) isn’t just a concept — it’s a daily commitment, reflected both in our projects and in our everyday workplace habits.
One of the simplest yet most impactful actions we’ve implemented is office paper recycling.

A Recycling Habit Embedded in Our Daily Routine

For several years, Ecobelles (paper-only recycling bins) have been available throughout our offices in Vienne.
This simple and effective gesture, adopted by our entire team, is part of a broader effort to reduce our environmental impact.

Each month, we collect used paper and send it to specialized recycling facilities, in line with our commitment to the circular economy.

Tangible Results in 2025

Between January and April, we collected 93 kilograms of paper:

  • 14 kg in January
  • 43 kg in February
  • 14 kg in March
  • 22 kg in April

That’s 93 kilograms of paper diverted from the trash, reintroduced into the recycling loop instead — a concrete result that highlights our team’s dedication to our CSR goals.

A Small Gesture, A Big Impact

Recycling paper in the workplace is easy to implement, but it requires consistency, awareness, and collective effort.
At IESA, we believe that every action matters.
By adopting sustainable office habits, we help preserve natural resources and reduce our carbon footprint.

Thank You to Our Team!

We’re proud of our colleagues who contribute every day to making our workplace more eco-friendly.
Sorting paper may seem like a small step — but it’s a big leap toward a more sustainable future
