New Industrial Automation Project for IESA in the Oil & Gas Sector: Heading to Papua New Guinea with SNF

A new collaboration with SNF in the international Oil & Gas market

As part of a new Enhanced Oil Recovery (EOR) project using Polymer Flooding, global polymer leader SNF has once again entrusted IESA with a comprehensive mission in industrial automation and industrial electrical engineering. The project is set to be deployed at the Walio site, in Papua New Guinea.

A turnkey industrial solution ready for shipment

For this international project, IESA is in charge of the complete design of the automated system. The goal: deliver a fully integrated industrial solution, ready to ship and install in demanding on-site conditions.

Scope of the project entrusted to IESA

Electrical and automation engineering
System design, equipment specification, and PLC programming tailored to the Polymer Flood process.
Manufacturing of electrical cabinets
Built in our workshop in compliance with international Oil & Gas standards.
On-site supervision of system assembly
Before shipment, the equipment is integrated and tested at SNF’s premises under IESA’s supervision.

The completed unit will then be shipped to Papua New Guinea for installation at the operational site.
