For this reason we are specialized in the converson of automated progams, the goal being to bring to update them from older versions to the most recent one.
Hardware and software migration
In these last years, we have successfully realized dozens of hardware and software migrations : each time with the same challenge of minimizing both risk and downtime so the client can be back into production in record time.
To do this and to respond to growing demand, we have developped several tools that allow us to realize software & hardware migrations regardless of the language in use.

After phases of study, preparation and testing, we proceeeded to the migration of our client’s PLC Program in record time. Less than 6 hours later, the first production lines were starting. By the end of the day (12 hours after production was stopped), the entire installation was working and « returned » to the client. All the automated supervision of the installation was working perfectly with the new PLC.
